Our Success Rates

When you make the decision to instruct a solicitor to act on your behalf you need to know how good they are at what they do.

We don't know any other firm of solicitors willing to tell you how well they do for their clients.  We are so proud of what we achieve we are happy to tell you. Whenever we finish a case we add the result to our database to enable us to keep track of how well we are doing.

Our Success Rates

As at the 1st May 2009 our success rates are as follows;

  • Where we advise a client to plead not guilty we sucessfully defend the case 95% of the time.
  • When we do defend the case we have a 100% track record in recovering our client's legal fees back from the court - therefore our services were effectively for free!
  • We have succeeded in over 85% of all Crown Court appeals
  • We have saved over 85% of our client's licences from 'totting bans'.
  • We have saved over 95% of our client's licences  from discretionary bans.
  • We helped over 90% of our New Driver clients avoid revocation.

If you are thinking of asking anyone else to represent you you should ask if they can match these success rates. If they refuse to discuss this issue you should ask yourself why?

This can be due to work commitments or only being available to give instructions at unsociable hours. It may also be down to the need to manage media coverage of their case or the potentialy devasting impact of a ban on their business/job.
