What if you let someone drive unlicenced
and uninsured or disqualified and they cause death by dangerous driving will you be
responsible for their driving because you let them drive and they chose to
do that would you be facing charges for thier death? this has not happend

Alleged Offence: not in proper control
Your road traffic offence question: i was in an open car park at around 23:40 so not many people where around only a few of my mates.
i was driveing around the car park and an unmarked traffic cop pulled in single crewed with no camara and alleged that i was doing wheelspins in my car. i didnt know what to say and just let the cop give me the ticket but i also noticed that the location of the incident on the Conditional offer notice is different to the location that i was at by up to a mile or so.
point im trying to say is are police allowed to give me a ticket 3 points and a sect 59 whilst there single crewed and with no evidence i.e he didnt check my tyres or looked to see if there was any tyre marks and because the location was in correct on the ticket. thanks

Alleged Offence: Dangerous Driving
Your road traffic offence question: basically. i had an RTA in-which i hit another car in the rear after my brakes failing on a dual carrigeway, had no time/ability to slow down before the roundabout, ploughed across it into the rear of another car. nobody was seriously hurt or sustained any physical injuries, what happens if the police find no problems with the brakes? what is likely to happen

Subject: Convicted of Death by Dangerous Driving.

Can I apply for my driving ban of 3 years to be reduced after 2 years, even if an extended retest was imposed?

I have read conflicting information on the web and was hoping you could clear this up.

Thank you,

9 months ago my son (AGED 17 at the time) was convicted of dangerous driving.however it was stated that he was not driving dangerousely but the scooter was in a dangerous condition. since the offence took place and getting to court (9 months) he had passed his full driving test so was banned for a year and bow will have a DD offence on his licence. i feel this is wrong so can we do anything now

I was involved in what could be described as a race with another car.
A police car tried to stop us both but i drove off.
Unfortunately i have quite a distinguishable car so i decide to stop in a nearby carpark.
When the police pulled in I was cautioned for failure to stop and dangerous driving.
However they have no camera equipment or the likes so its just my word against theirs.
I admitted to nothing. If it goes to court do i have a reasonable defence?
Thanks,
