Driving Alone On A Provisional Licence

Question:

DRIVING ALONE ON PROVISIONAL

GOOD AFTERNOON,

I WAS DRIVING ALONE IN x I HAD PROVISIONAL LICENCE THAT TIME WAS INSURED AS PROVISIONAL DRIVER STOPPED BY POLICE.

I HAVE PASSED MY TEST IN x AND RECEIVED MY FULL UK LICENCE CLEAN RECEIVED LETTER FOR COURT HEARING ON x

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

WILL I LOSE MY LICENCE?

Paula Says:

You won’t lose your licence if the offence happened before you passed your test. You only get revoked if you accumulate 6 or more points and the offence was during the probationary period.

Have you got any other points on your licence? You will have to be really careful if you get these points because any more and you will be revoked instantly.

You maybe at risk of a discretionary ban though for a short period. Would you like my help dealing with your mitigation. I maybe able to help you avoid having to attend court.

Come back to me if I can assist further.
