Failing To Give Priority

Question:

Having failed to give priority to oncoming traffic on the road

Could you tell me what the fines could be for this as I was in an incident?

Graham Says:

If you have been accused of contravening a traffic sign then you will be at risk of 3 points and a fine, normally a few hundred and dependent on your ability to pay. If you have been accused of driving without due care and attention then it will be a fine plus 3-9 points or potentially a discretionary ban.

Can you tell me more about what actually happened and I will be able to help further. Have you got any points on your licence? Was there a crash?
