I Did Not Knock Down Your Wall With My Trailer

Offence:

Client accused of driving without due care and attention. At risk of 3-9 points or a discretionary ban from driving. Client had a clean driving licence and denied the allegation.

A lady had suggested that our client hit her wall whilst reversing and knocked some of the blocks off the top.

The police issued a summons to the magistrates court for driving without due care and attention under s.3 road traffic act 1988.

The Crown prosecution service dropped the matter without the need for a trial.

Client feedback;

Without Patterson Law’s help, I feel the Police prosecution system would have bulldozed right over me, but Louise and the team succeeded in getting the prosecution withdrawn, and obtained a costs order. Perhaps more importantly, my exemplary driving record of over 40 years was preserved. I could not have asked for more. Thank you.”
