Right Registration Number – Wrong Make And Model

Question:

I have been summoned for speeding I was caught on motorway with a VASCAR police unit but I noticed that the vehicle registration is correct but the make and model is not in there any way I can use this to help me?

If you are suggesting that the officer did a follow check on a different car and that you were not speeding you may have a chance. But if he is saying that he followed your car and never lost sight of you and then pulled you over without a break in continuity – you will struggle.
