Vehicle In A Dangerous Condition

I have been told that my vehicle is not roadworthy due to having sharp edges. Can you tell me why this is?

It’s an offences of using the vehicle being in a dangerous condition and posing a risk to other drivers/road users. Have you got an opinion from garage? It’s all about whether or not it caused a risk of injury.
