I cannot say who was driving at the time. The photos are not clear.

Your road traffic offence question: i dont know who was driving my car weather it was me or some1 else and the camara picture is of my car, you cant see eho is driving the vicheal. so do i have to take the points?

If you cannot name the driver then you risk 6 points for failing to name the driver Im afraid.
You can avoid these points if you can show that you have done your best to figure out who was driving at the time - used reasonable diligence.
Its a risk to take the matter to court on this basis unless you are clear that you cannot name the drive and there are other realistice possibilities as to who was driving at the time.
