Can you find me a loophole?
I have been caught driving whilst using my mobile phone and was wondering if there is anyway that i wont get the 3 points and fine, is there any loopholes?
The police saw me two of them in car talking whilst driving
On the ticket they have put that my vauxhall corsa hatchback is a saloon?
Any help would be grately appreciated

There are no loopholes. There is a good old fashioned defence if you can cast a doubt on the suggestion that you were using the phone whilst driving. the mistake on the ticket wont cast a doubt on whether you were using the phone.
If you accept that you were using the phone under cross examination then you will be convicted at trial Im afraid.
