Your road traffic offence question: I have recieved a 12month driving ban for first time offence and a 300pounds fine. My breath liser test was tested as 46. Please advice.

That's a normal sentence for drink driving. The fine is quite low and the ban has to be at least 12 months - so you got the minimum...
Are you think about appealing. I would recommend it if you accept that you were drink driving.
