Can I keep uninsured car on a public road ?

Im afraid not. A car has to have insurance to be kept on a public road. Otherwise the police can accused you of using it without insurance. i know that sounds odd because you wont have been actually driving it - but the police class it as having use of the car on a public road - even if they don't see you actually doing it Im afraid.
