At risk of a driving ban or revocation if I get 6 points on my driving licence..
More detail about alleged offence: Speeding 76mph in a 50mph zone. Had I been going 1 mile less, I wouldn't have been summoned to court. I have never been in trouble with the law for anything and need my car for work.
I have a european licence, held since April 2009
How many points have you got on your licence from the last 3 years: none
How long have you been driving: April 2009

You are in the top bracket of the magistrates sentencing guidelines and this mean that you will be at risk of a ban for up to 56 days. If you persuade the court to give you 6 points you will be at risk of revocation under the new drivers act - so this will need to be handled with care.
Have you got a hearing date? If so when and which court?
You will have to attend because the court will not deal with you in your absence when you are at risk of a ban.
It's good that you have a clean driving licence and that will help.
Would you like my help with this matter at court? If so come back to me and I will be happy to assist.
