Im afraid that you will have to attend court and plead guilty to the alleged offences. You will get 6-8 penalty points and a fine. Has your husband been summonsed for permitting you to drive without insurance? If so is he aware of the summons? You cannot keep this from him. If he has been summons I should be able to get the matter withdrawn against him and he will have a strong defence.
