I want to be a taxi driver - when can my penalty points be removed?

Your road traffic offence question: I would like to know that i was given three points in 2007 and .what my question is that have my ponts come off and they have i would want to send my lience to take the pointts off because i want do taxis.can you also send me your addreese so i can send my counter part to you

The penalty points last for three years from the date of offence and can be removed four years after the date of offence - so you wont be able to get them removed until 2011 at the earliest - but they may not be effective any more.
