Using a Mobile Phone

I was holding an object but not a phone

Alleged Offence: driving whilst using a mobile phone
Your road traffic offence question: What is my defence if I was speaking on the phone while driving via a blue tooth kit and the police officer mistakenly thot I was holding my phone because he saw me holding an object

Your defence is that you were not using a hand held phone at the time of the alleged offence. You will have to be prepared to take the matter to court in order to defend yourself.
Have you got any penalty points already? If so how many? Are you a new driver?
I defend over 95% of the cases that I take on and will be happy to assist further.
If we win  you would get your legal expenses back.
Come back to me if you would like my help and tell me some more about what actually happened and how the officer was mistaken.
