I started going through on a green light
Alleged Offence: going through a red light
Your road traffic offence question: My question is simple. I did not go through a red light ---who would--- its bright and early afternoon. I did not move on a red light but green, however the car in frount of me was hesitant and as a result while i am crossing the junction the light changes. What am i do ?

The law states that no part of your vehicle should proceed beyond the stop line whilst the lights are on red.
If you beginning crossing the stop line whilst the lights are on green and then the vehicle in front hesitates causing you to finish crossing the line on amber/red you will have a special reasons argument to try and avoid the points. I don't think you will have a defence as you seem to accept that part of your vehicle - the rear - proceeded beyond the line whilst the lights were on red - so technically an offence.
I will be happy to help you with this matter and maybe able to help persuade the police not to take the matter further.
Can you get hold of the photos from the police so that we can have a look and see the relative position of the vehicles.
Have you got any penalty points already? If so how many?

Do not use online letter packs that claim to "Get yourself off a Speeding Ticket - Guaranteed!"
No two cases are the same. You must not mislead the police. A pro forma letter is not necessarily going to be relevant to the cirmcumstances of your case.
The road traffic police have seen them all a thousand times before.

This case represents our toughest battle to date. It was a battle at every stage involving Magistrates, District Judges, Court Clerks, Cps lawyers and Crown Court Judges. The argument was all about whether a road was public or private.
