They say my car was a manual but it was an automatic
Your road traffic offence question: Issued with a speeding ticket, however officer wrote I was driving manual, when in fact it was an automatic, any grounds for challenging ticket.

The only issue the court will be interested in is whether or not the police can prove beyond reasonable doubt that you were speeding at the time of the alleged offence.
The court will accept that the mistake on the ticket was simply that. If you accept that you were speeding you are not going to defend the matter on the basis of this mistake. If you don't accept that you were speeding then come back to me. have you got any penalty points on your licence already? If so how many?
