If this person forced you to let them drive then you may have a defence on the basis that you didn't give permission or a special reasons argument to avoid the points...Have you got any points already or are you a new driver?
You will be at risk of permitting him/her to drive without insurance. Have you been summonsed to court yet? Tell me more and I will be able to help further.
