Driving without insurance
Jan 20, 2011
No driving licence and no insurance = no car
As a provisional licence holder with fully comprehensive cover, were would i stand if stopped on
my own. Would i have the car taken off me at the road side.

You can have the car seized for driving without the correct licence or for driving without insurance. Your insurance may have been invalidated due to your lack of a full licence - so you might have committed both offences - so therefore yes your car can be seized.
