Penalty points ban


i have recently recieved my license back from the dvla and it has 12 points on it, i agree with these points but am i allowed to drive? i was expecting a court summons

What are the date of offences in relation to the 12 points that are on your licence. Tell me the dates and I will tell you whether or not you can expect a summons. The offences are valid for three year from the date of offence and the court look at offence date to offence date when working out whether or not you are at risk of a totting ban. If you are at risk then I can help you try and avoid the ban
