I switched my phone off before they stopped me!
I was stopped using mobile phone .Fortunately,for me i quickly switch off my phone before I pull over .I denied everything.I was charged to court,but i am afraid if they can still accussed me of this offence.

Yes of course they can still accuse you of the offence if they think they saw you using the phone whilst driving. it doesn't matter whether or not the phone was on at the time them stopped you if you actually accept that you were using it. If you accept you were using it then you should plead guilty. The officer has to prove his/ her case beyond reasonable doubt. If the succeed you will be convicted and face much higher fines and court costs.
