Vehicle in a dangerous condition
I have been told that my vehicle is not roadworthy due to having sharp edges. Can you tell me why this is?

It's an offences of using the vehicle being in a dangerous condition and posing a risk to other drivers/road users. Have you got an opinion from garage? Its all about whether or not it caused a risk of injury.
Things like wheel arches that stick out too far can lead to this type of prosecution. Have you got a court summons? Have you got any points already? Tell me more.
