Driving without due care and attention
the police are saying i was driving with out due care because i turned right at a junction and a car hit the side of me as he was comeing straight across the junction.i got breathallised and showed 0 but im not sure if the over driver was breathalised,the police have gave me no information how to get in touch with them and dint take a statement of the passanger in my car, but they say they have a witness saying it was my fault but they account dosn't tell the true events but i have no witness apart from me and my passenger,this is a brief explantion on what happend and any help you may have would be much appreciated

You are going to be at risk of 3-9 points and a fine Im afraid.
It may be possible to defend this matter if you had right of way. if you didn't it may be possible to get you on the driver improvement course as an alternative to prosecution.
