Who gets the points if I am with my driving instructor?
I was driving with my a qulified instructor in his car with yellow company , who is responsible if I made a mistake like speeding ?
when camera catch me . is that mean I could lose 3 point in spite of my instructor with me??

You are responsible for any offences that happen whilst you are driving so you have to be careful. You could get points whilst your instructor is with you.
