Speed trap - Officer was hiding!
can a officer hide behind a van on the road so that he can convict me of an offence he said i always come here at 5 o clock as people try to take a short cut. is ths not intrapment

The officer can hide in a bush wearing camouflage if he so chooses Im afraid. there are guidelines to suggest that they should be visible but they are only guidelines and the court will only concern itself with whether or not the speed reading is accurate.
It's not entrapment if he didn't encourage you to speed.
