New driver revocation
My son passed his test 9th April 2008, he has 3 points on his licence and has now been reported for for the above. His court case is due very soon.If the case is heard after his two years driving and he gets 3 more points will he be liable for a re test.

Yes he will be Im afraid. If the date of the offence is within the two year period then his licence will be revoked. the only alternative is if he can persuade the court to give him a short discretionary ban.
