Have you been summonsed for permitting someone to drive without insurance? if you have then you face 6 points. Have you got 6 points already or are you a new driver?

You may have a special reasons argument to avoid the points? Tell me more. I may be able to help you avoid a ban. If its a totting up ban then we may be able to show the court that you have special reasons.
