Getting rid of penalty points on licence
i have 9 points for sp 30 .These points are from 20076 and in 2008 3.nobody will employ me.How can I get some points off my licence. I am 49 years old and have 2 children and my whife don t work and i don t have another qualification.please help me.thank you

I'm afraid that there is no way to get rid of points other than by the passage of time. The points remain effective for three years and can be removed from your licence after 4 years.
If you get any other points then please come back to me and I may be able to help you avoid getting a ban.
