Wrong Offence Code


does the offence code have to be right in acordance with the alleged offence onthe fixed penelty notice or could that be put down as incompetance by the officer writing the offence

The offence code is not part of the evidence. The evidence of the speed has to be accurate and reliable. What the officer puts on the ticket is not evidence and will not help you defend the allegation. If you don't accept the alleged speed then come back to me.
