Learner driver must be insured
When teaching someone to drive can be considered as an offence and which kind of insurance the instrutor and the learner must have.

The person driving the car must be insured in their own right., They could be a named driver on your policy or they could have a policy for the car in question in their own right.
You must make sure that the insurance company appreciate that the learner only has a provisional licence.
