It's 6-8 points on your licence and a fine. If they offer a fixed penalty the fine will be £200 if not its at the courts discretion but they will take into account your lack of income.
Are you a new driver? If you have been driving for less than two years Im afraid that your licence will be revoked and you will have to do a full retest.
