Penalty point ban?


i recieved 6 points for no insurance . riding mini dirt bike off road . was punished for a motoring offence wen it isnt possible to hold insurance for a dirt bike off road .am due to recieve more points for different offence but this will lead to driving ban because of the points already recieved for dirt bike . can u help . thanx

I can help you with this matter. We wont be able to argue about points that have already been imposed if the court proceedings were more than 21 days ago or if you took a fixed penalty ticket.

 

If you are facing 6 points for the new offences then we would have to argue exceptional hardship to try and avoid the ban. I have a 91% success rate with these arguments - the national success rate is only 39% when people go it alone.

Do not use online letter packs that claim to "Get yourself off a Speeding Ticket - Guaranteed!"

No two cases are the same. You must not mislead the police. A pro forma letter is not necessarily going to be relevant to the cirmcumstances of your case.

The road traffic police have seen them all a thousand times before.

This case represents our toughest battle to date. It was a battle at every stage involving Magistrates, District Judges, Court Clerks, Cps lawyers and Crown Court Judges. The argument was all about whether a road was public or private.
