Driving without a licence and without insurance
part vi of the road traffic act 1988. contrary to section 143 of the road traffic act 1988 and schedule 2 to the road traffice offenders act 1988.
contrary to section 87(1) of the road traffice act 1988 and schedule 2 to the traffic offenders act 1988.

These are offences of driving without insurance (s.143) and driving without the correct licence (s.87).
You will be at risk of 6-8 points for the no insurance or a short ban.
