In essence you don't get to see this kind of evidence until you reject the ticket and ask for a court hearing. This way the court and the CPS force you to address the risk of higher fines and court costs. You should therefore only reject the ticket if you do not accept that you were travelling at the speed alleged. You may also expose yourself to the risk of 4 points rather than 3 for that speed.
