Driving without due care and attention

Fail to stop, fail to report and due care and attention

I have received a NIP today relating to an incident on the 26th of Match. It's alleged that I in a collision with the rear of a parked car and drove off. I do not believe this to be correct, I don't recall any collisions!

You have a defence to any suggestion of failing to stop and report an accident  if you were unaware that an accident had occurred!
You would need to convince the court that you were unaware. The court class this as hit and run and if you are convicted you will be at risk of 5-10 points and if it was serious a driving ban.
I can help you with this matter if you tell me more.
You have to name yourself if you are the only person that could have been driving at the time of the alleged offence. Otherwise you get 6 points for failing to name the driver.
I have a really good track record (over 80% success rate) in dissuading the police from taken further action in relation to these matters.
Come back to me if you would like my help and I will be happy to assist further.
We would have to speak to the officer in the case to find out more about the alleged due care and advise in that regard.
Have you got any points already? If so how many? Are you a new driver?
