What was the date of the hearing when the court imposed the points?
We can either appeal the conviction and sentence to the crown court or get the magistrates to reopen the case if it wasn't long ago.
Come back to me if you want my help. I should be able to get this reopened and get the conviction overturned so you have no points and the fine is written off. i would charge £300 plus vat for my services and if we win you will get at least some of the back.
If you want my help come back to me urgently. If you are a new driver your licence is going to be revoked.
