Permitting a learner driver to drive without insurance
Permitting a learner driver to drive my car without insurance. The learner driver has already been found guilty. She was told she should've checked she had insurance. I previously pleaded guilty by post but now want to change my plea to not guilty. I have a full license and insurance.
Thank you for this service.

Answer:
You may be able to change your plea to not guilty if the court hasn’t sentenced you yet.
Why do you think that you have a defence?
Have you been accused of permitting them to drive without insurance? Tell me more.
I can help you but I need to know more.
Have you got any points already if so how many?
When is your hearing date?
