I had to speed!
I was forced at a roundabout to speed to avert an accident, mobile camera snapped me doing 36 mph in 30 limit. Do I have a case, in 37years I have never had a speeding fine.

You may have a defence if you were speeding due to necessity. We would have to show that there was a serious risk to you or another and that you had to speed to get away from that risk.
Tell me more about what actually happened......
If the necessity argument doesn't work you may be able to argue special reasons to avoid the points.
Have you been summons to court or have you got a fixed penalty offer?
