Defective ticket wrong date.
Accused of using a mobile whilst driving. Tommorow's date has been put on ticket were do i stand legally

If you reject the ticket and take it to court the officer will attend and correct his mistake. If the court accept it was just a mistake and that you were using a phone whilst driving then you will get convicted and still get the 3 points. You will get higher fines and court costs.
