Young person driving without a licence.
Can you tell me what the fines/Endorsements will be for Driving under age,without a licence. And also with an adult in the car who has a full driving licence and insurance for the car involved, and does the youth need legal representation when interviewed by the police

The youth can have free representation if they are spoken to at the police station and they should consider taking this option.
The young person will get 3-6 points for driving not in accordance with a licence and a fine. If they get summonsed for driving without insurance then the points will be 6-8 in total. I think this is likely.
The adult will also get 6-8 points for permitting them to drive without insurance.
