Persuading my son not to drive without insurance.
my son i have seen driving he has no lincence no insurance no L plates no mot what charges could he face if caught i am waiting to have ago at him over this

He would face 6-8 points and on his licence, which would be there when he passes his test and last for three years. If he gets any other points during the first two years of driving he would then have to do a full retest and his licence would be revoked.
He would also get a hefty fine around £5-700 normally. His insurance premiums would go up massively when he first passes his test due to the points and he would probably not be able to afford to even get insurance if he had 6-8 points already.
