57 in 30 with 9 points on licence already..

what is the likely hood of loosing my licence by doing 57 in a 30mph zone by speed camera detection? i am admitting guilty to the offence and i am submitting a postal plea to the magistrates court. it wont be dealt with by the fixed penalty office as it was over 50mph. i have 9 points left on my licence.

You are at very high risk of a ban. The speed is really high and the fact that you have 9 points already will irritate the court.
You are at risk of a minimum 6 month ban under the totting up rules.

They wont allow you to plead guilty by post. The form is a pro forma. They will simply adjourn the case for you to attend bench considering disqualification if you try.

Do not use online letter packs that claim to "Get yourself off a Speeding Ticket - Guaranteed!"

No two cases are the same. You must not mislead the police. A pro forma letter is not necessarily going to be relevant to the cirmcumstances of your case.

The road traffic police have seen them all a thousand times before.

This case represents our toughest battle to date. It was a battle at every stage involving Magistrates, District Judges, Court Clerks, Cps lawyers and Crown Court Judges. The argument was all about whether a road was public or private.
