hello,please can you help me. i have just clocked up 12 points on my licence and really need to keep it. i am a single parent who is returning to university in september, and i also care for a friend who is disabled part time. i am currently out of work and loosing my licence will limit my scope for work. thank you

You are going to have to make an exceptional hardship argument to avoid the ban or defend the allegation.
Have you got a court hearing date yet?
It sounds as though you will have a good argument but it will need to be handled with care as only 39% of these argument succeed according to the MOJ figures.

Do not use online letter packs that claim to "Get yourself off a Speeding Ticket - Guaranteed!"
No two cases are the same. You must not mislead the police. A pro forma letter is not necessarily going to be relevant to the cirmcumstances of your case.
The road traffic police have seen them all a thousand times before.

This case represents our toughest battle to date. It was a battle at every stage involving Magistrates, District Judges, Court Clerks, Cps lawyers and Crown Court Judges. The argument was all about whether a road was public or private.
