Late NIP
I have just been informed from work that i was caught using my
phone whilst driving on the 30 December. Do i have a case for contesting
this charge as it has been over a month since the offence

a notice of intended prosecution? Is your work the registered keeper of the
car?
You have to be sent a NIP in your own right and asked to accept whether or
not you were the driver. Has this happened yet?
