Fail to name driver - didn't know about request for information
Summons for failing to name the driver. I was living at backpackers and never received the summons. Have i a defence under Section 172(7)(b) of Road Traffic Act 1991

If you didn't receive the re quest for information then yes you do have a potential defence under s.172 (7)(b).
