There is no legal requirement for warning signs in relation to the speed camera. The road needs to have speed limit warning signs unless there is a system of street lighting in place. If so the road is automatically a 30 mph limit and no signs are required Im afraid.
Is there a system of street lighting? Have you got any points already? If so how many?
