Warning signs
i was cought speeding at 42mph in a 32mph limit can you tell me if prior to the site of a mobile camera should there be camera warning signs

There are guidelines that state their should be warning signs, but they are not a statutory requirement. the court will only be interested in whether or not the prosecution can prove you were speeding beyond reasonable doubt. if they can you will be convicted.
