Misleading the insurance company regarding points on licence.
what would happen if you dont declare points on your license to the car insurance company and you have an accident.

Don't do it!
Your insurance would be invalidated. You would be personally liable for the cost of any damages and any personal injury claim which could run into tens of thousands of pounds or even hundreds of thousands if the injuries are bad.
You could also be accused of making a fraudulent statement to obtain insurance which could lead to the risk of heavy penalties in the criminal courts along with penalty points for driving without insurance or a possible ban.
It's not worth it even if it knocks a bit off the cost of your insurance. Have you been accused or is this just hypothetical?
