New Driver Revocation
Last year i received conditional offer for 36 in a 30, i have been driving not quite 2 years if i accept this sp50, 68 in 50 zone offer will i have retake test? i employ 3 guys and couldn’t afford to retake test.
My business would fail if this is forced, is there a way to accept the points, would give me 6 in total and not have to retake the test?

You can avoid the points by defending this or by persuading the court to give you a very short ban instead.
If you take the ticket you will lose your licence and the dvla have no discretion
