Wot would I do and how would I go around going to court i have techanicly paid for my insurance this month aswell but I owe for last month insurance so they cancelled it and now I got

You face 6 points and a hefty fine if you have been accused of driving without insurance.
You can only defend this matter if you can prove that you had insurance on the date of the alleged offence. If the insurance company are refusing to issue a certificate and you think you were covered then you should complain to the insurance ombudsman.
if you can get a letter confirming that you were covered the prosecution will probably withdraw the case. I can help in that regard if what you say is correct.
If not you maybe able to persuade the court that there are special reasons for not imposing the points. This would work if you could show the court that you were driving under the genuine and reasonable misapprehension that you were insured at time of the alleged offence.
